SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY ORDER?
Books ship within 3 -5 days from the Erika Lynne Jones studio. All prints, apparel, mug, accessories orders ship from a separate vendor within 7-10 days of your order date unless noted otherwise.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are unable to ship items from this shop internationally at the moment.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER CUSTOM WORK?
I am unable to do commissions at this time. If you would like to see something in a size not currently offered, or if you would like to see art  I’ve previously shared in print, please contact me to discuss the possibilities.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot modify or cancel an order once it's been placed. Our inventory management system does not allow us to add or adjust the order. A new, separate order needs to be initiated if you'd like to order additional items.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please choose carefully when deciding to order as most of our items are limited runs and are made to order. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind, but if there is an issue or items arrive damaged or lost than replacements or refunds will be issued.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind, but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at hello@erikalynnejones.com if you have any problems with your order that you have received.
